Hypnosis:

Milton Erickson defined hypnosis as a state of consciousness – not unconsciousness or sleep – or awareness in which there is a marked receptiveness to ideas and understandings and increased willingness to respond either positively or negatively to those ideas.

Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP): 

NLP was founded by doctors Grinder and Bandler in the 70’s. It uses the five senses and effective communication to alter mental, behavioural and emotional responses. Results are immediate because NLP directly focuses what you do or do not do, how you react, how you think and what you sense.

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT):

EFT is partly based on the 4500 year old Chinese acupuncture, but without the use of needles. Change is achieved by regulating the body’s energy meridians to alter emotions, thoughts and behaviour. Change is often achieved within minutes. Issues entangled with others take longer.
